Does anyone have experience with Ben Glass’s “Great Legal Marketing” programs? https://greatlegalmarketing.com
I ordered a free “starter kit” from his company and received a decent-sized box with some books and audio CD’s. Haven’t listened to the CD’s yet, but the books aren’t bad, with plenty of practical advice.
Now he’s running a promotion where you can get two months of his basic-level course for just $19.95 to cover the cost of shipping. It seems that Ben is one of the better-regarded legal marketing “gurus” out there.

Client takes originals. We keep electronic signed copy. A few clients choose to give to court for safe keeping but only a handful. It is a pain to find one if they move to different county and don't tell loved ones where they filed it.

Same here.
I previously assisted another attorney with winding down his practice and he had so many original wills still. It was a mess trying to determine if the clients were still alive or not and where they were to try to get those back to them.
OP: check your State’s rules on what is required of an attorney who has original wills still in possession at the time of winding down the business.
My State has a specific process to follow.
We send them the original. Same experience with AA1. We can't afford to take full responsibility for the original ones.
Client keeps originals. I keep a scanned copy.
