I've transferred my PF from Wipro to Cognizant where in it the Employee's PF shows around 83k but the Employer's PF shows only around 27k.

If the employee and employer have to contribute 12% then both should be equal to 83k isn't it?

At what point is it realistic to ask for $$ to pay ourselves as founders (who will quit their job?) and how much is appropriate?
