I am interviewing for an in-house counsel position at a large corporation. I have four 30-minute (and back to back) Zoom interviews set up with various executives at the company (one being the GC to whom the position reports). Does anyone have any advice on how to prepare and what to expect?

Looking for some advice on an exit opportunity - Current role - 1 year post-MBA at a T2 strategy firm making $148 Potential role - senior level role at a small healthcare company at $265 + equity Seems like a slam dunk, but is moving to a company that isn’t well known going to harm me in the long run? Should I wait for a F500 role that is lower title / comp but better name recognition? Should I wait until I’m manager? Having a hard time with this from a long term view vs short term

Any advice for approaching a maternity leave conversation when my company has no policy, no HR dept and I have no contract? I’m a partner shareholder in my company (we’re not in the US), 19 wks pregnant. I know the time off and pay I’d like to negotiate, but my partners are male and weird about money. I’m underpaid in a very senior 6 yr position, my job is stressful and around the clock, so I want proper leave. I can’t afford childcare and our govt stat leave is terrible, it won’t pay my bills.

Anybody have experience with Reference Point? A headhunter/recruiter reached out with decent salary ranges, but would like to know more about the company before I respond. The site doesn’t give much details into WLB, specific duties and projects (does mention they focus on the financial industry), and benefits, but I did see one of their Consultants took a title cut (Sr. Consultant at IBM) to go there.
Pardon my ignorance as I am a newly promoted manager from industry to B4, but how does the staff have over 168 billable hours within a week? That’s more than working 24 hours/day for 7 days/week...

Since my non-MBB consulting internship after grad school ended in April I’ve been actively trying to network with MBB people as much as possible. It was very successful and I was encouraged to apply as an experienced candidate for an entry role by recruiters & consultants but not before fall. I had to accept a different consulting job in the meantime to receive income and being able to work but am willing to quit anytime in case I get an MBB offer. (cont.)
