As as a former PwC’er myself I have to say that it’s a result of the culture there. I spent over twice as long as you and kept losing sight of me, hobbies, and joy for life. I’ve since moved to a boutique and am loving it. Happy to talk further via DM if you’d like.
Also the stigma about counseling is all BS. Talking to someone really helped me and I encourage you to look into it as well.
