Calm down, you’ll be fine. Just don’t make the gorging a long term thing.
I can sympathize. Also have lost motivation to work out and enjoy eating, especially at the holidays. I just want to get back to a base level of fitness where running a 1-3 miles or climbing a few flights of stairs isn’t a killer. That’s kind of my only motivator—I was shook by how tired I was going on a walk (a walk, people!) From personal experience, I go in and out of shape quickly. It will come back if you work toward it incrementally. No guilt!!!!!!
