Is it possible to have an off day with billable hours? Corner office is always concerned about our mental health “in these trying times” yet the not-so-subtle “I noticed your hours went down this week” convos undermine that. Even if my hours are down from 2 weeks ago but still over 40 billable.

Under 26, so still under my parents’ health insurance - I have a younger sister as well so I don’t think it’s an added expense for them to have me on it as well. Have the option to sign up for my employer’s HDHP plan - no premiums and they contribute $1,000 per year to my HSA. Sounds like free money, but is there a reason I’m missing that favors just staying on my parents’?

Have you ever refused to host family for personal reason ? I really struggle every time my parents or my sister visit me for more than a day, I feel a lot of stress and pressure from it. My sister wants to move to my place for a job and I don’t want to but I don’t really have a space or money issue, just a mental health one. How to approach this with people who have no idea what that’s like ?

Do we know if there is a sponsoring partner that oversees this benefit/ program that I could have more of a heart to heart conversation with? Not getting too far with the general email box and admin contact. From the benefit policy documentation, my understanding is that EY reimburses employees for surrogacy / adoption related expenses up to $50k lifetime. However, anything related to IVF or medical procedures has to go through insurance (also limited to $50k lifetime benefit). Continued…
I feel really fatigued and weak if I don’t eat for a few hours. Outside of just planning my meals better, do you think this could be an underlying health issue?

I need help getting over this. When I was at SO’s house the other day, he had an argument with his sister who started calling him name and somehow dragged me in and called me a piece of crap...I had never offended her before. She also said that it’s “fking embarrassing” that I go to someone’s house and leave a mess everywhere. I asked my SO later what the sister was talking about since I always cleaned up after myself...(cont)

Any advice how to deal with it. Thanks.
