I’m trying to transfer departments at my company and I talked to the MD of the department i wanna transfer to, and told him working remotely is a requirement to me, and he said he’s not sure if that’s possible, and that would depend on HR and the hiring manager. There is a good case for higher year end bonuses this year. All in comp is down in 2022 taking into account special bonuses last year. So unless PPP takes a real hit, I’d like to see a modest bonus increase. Doubt PPP is going to be down by that much (in many cases not at all) for the top 30 firms. And with firms trimming fat, that should mean higher bonuses for those that are left. Idk about the rest of you, but my firm feels as busy as ever (M&A).

At what point do you decide to switch labs when IVF isn’t working. I’ve had one cycle so far, and 2 FETs with an AA and AB embryos (both genetically tested), and no luck yet. No underlying infertility issues (doing IVF for genetic reasons) so I’m kind of confused as to why I’m not having success. I have one AB embryo left and if that doesn’t work I don’t know if I should stick with the same RE/lab or go somewhere else? Like how do you know if it’s you or them that’s the problem?
