For those fully remote but have team/company offsites for in-person collaboration, do you require everyone to be at the offsite, or are there options to still dial-in remotely? Our team isn’t really accommodating dial-ins because of “logistics” – proper conferencing/equipment, etc and I think it excludes people who can’t always travel cross country. But wanted to hear how other companies do it.

I’m a 1st yr who started at a large firm during WFH status in 2020. Started new job, new city, new jurisdiction when COVID-19 hit.
