New SM at a firm and asked to lead a difficult project with abrasive client that 6+ SMs before me have cycled through and all been rolled off. I don’t have much of a choice being new to the firm… or do I? My thought was to sell my own role elsewhere (have lots of relationships) but the freight train has left the station & being on boarded to the challenging environment instead. My almost 3 year old loves his crib. It’s pretty a apparent that it makes him feel safe at night. I stupidly did not buy a crib that coverts to a toddler bed and he has no interest in sleeping in his big boy bed. We also need to potty train him.. I know he will continue to wear a diaper at night but I dont like forcing potty all day then Trapped in a cage at night. Am I over thinking this? Is he ok I’m the crib till he’s ready or any tips to make the transition smoother?

My husband is suffering from depression and OCD and has kind of given up on his career, working out, grooming himself, engaging with society and friends. He’s an amazing father but spends his day playing with our baby and playing video games. His depression has become a third person in our relationship and it’s destroying our marriage. He doesn’t think anything is wrong and refuses to get individual therapy or go to couples counseling. What can I do? Should I reach out to his fam?I’m miserable.
