For those in Deloitte Multistate Practice what are typical bonus numbers?

How is work culture at Deloitte India (not USI). Are the employees required to go to client office and work?

PwC offering me 8.42 LPA as Fixed part and 1.10 Lakh as JB for kolkata location.

Orange Business Services offering me 12 LPA CTC
and 1 lakh as JB for gurugram location.

Can anyone suggest me to choose better... This is my first switch and I have 3.2 yrs of experience.

I got offer from CTS. But Hr is asking to provide form16 or pf statement for all my previous companies, else my background check will fail. Is it true?
I can provide these for my current company, but difficult to get for earlier ones, since it's been almost 10 yrs I have left them. I have written to hr of previous companies but no response yet.
I told CTS HR that I have experience letter, relieving letter, salary slips , bank statement, but she says it's not enough. Any thoughts pls?

Got the following offers on the table:

1. Big 4 - Manager, $180k + $20k sign on, told a good expectation is 12-15% bonus next year. 1.5% 401k match and 3% pension contribution. First year cash would be around $225k
2. New, well funded advisory arm of an established business - Engagement manager, $210k, 20-25% bonus. 2.5% 401k match. First year cash closer to $250k

Big 4 is a defined path with history, reputation, and exits. Other place is largely unknown but a lot of comp.

What’s the highest pay can be offered at BNY Mellon for J grade (AVP) in BA profile ? I have been told they don’t have budget when I asked for 30 fix. My cctc is 22fix.

Getting offer from a Singapore based startup SYFE for QA Role and and same amount offer from Sirionlabs - Both are offering almost same amount .. So CTC not an issue..

But the Startup is giving 3 Lakh worth ESOPs.. and Sirionlabs is saying that every year we give 10% fixed variable..

Can someone please help me take a good decision?
