You’re incorrectly assuming all the opportunities are available to you. I’d maybe work with someone to discuss your goals, strengths, interests, and see what specific roles/industries/functions they align with best.
For someone entering M7, can you elaborate on being overwhelmed

No wonder you’re overwhelmed! Id be a little bit more structured about how you think of the alternatives, just picking from your list above:
* have you previously done VC / PE? If not, it’s highly unlikely you’d get in post MBA - exclude these
* question 1: non profits are more of a lifestyle decision, so this is binary - do you want the much lower pay a non profit job will get you? If not, see below
* question 2: do you want to travel? Or is being at home a must? This should clarify whether you’re a good fit for consulting
* question 3: what kind of work life balance are you looking for? This is self explanatory but would help guide you
* question 4: lastly, what are you interested in?
Hope this helps

I'm assuming you've had a few years of WE already, what have excited you at work? Any specific projects or clients? I would use that as the starting point, and then combine that with your current skill set/the soft skills that you know you are good at. Usually the combination of these few things will eliminate quite a few paths for you.
As others have mentioned, not all of those opportunities are actually open to any given individual. If you don't have prior PE/VC or at least IB experience then PE/VC is pretty much closed. If you lack prior product or engineering experience, tech PM is also partially (but not fully) closed. If you lack prior consulting experience then corporate strategy is not an option. Consulting and IB are the only two truly past-experience-agnostic opportunities out there. If you aren't interested in either then the opportunities available to you are already pre-determined by your pre-MBA background. There isn't a lot of choice.
