The People Ops Society is great and they do some good free webinars, but they charge for a membership similar to SHRM. More modern and applicable for the younger, growing sector of the workforce. They also just started a podcast called "People Problems" but I haven't had a chance to listen to it yet. Check out the All Hands and Redefining HR podcasts as well!
