27; savings account is always close to $0 (hover between $1-7k). I consistently put all my money into rental investments starting when I was 23. Buy and fix up homes takes a lot of money, but my net from appreciation and added value is $300k and counting)
EY 4, I hope all that money isn’t just sitting in a savings account. Unless you’re buying a house soon? Idle money is wasted money!

Funny thing. We all have these savings that we’ve carefully built up by delaying consumption but a major illness can easily wipe it all out in a matter of a year or less...
