Do you mean fall? Aka autumn?

Every old building in New York has the same bs. You can't control your own heat very well so there are definitely days on the shoulder seasons that are too cold
I had a space heater for this reason but using up closet space for the other 320 days of the year is annoying
If it's too hot you can open a window so the days that are too cold are the ones I find annoying
It is what it is - probably not much different in coop vs condo vs rental apts....whoever is managing the heat is usually trying to save money and doing the minimum required by law
There's a law based on the temperature outside and dates of the year

Not sure what you mean with this question - I’m sure all co-ops will differ. I’ve had places with heat built in (on or off) and places I could control the exact temperature.

Co-op is an ownership type, it has nothing to do with the design of the building. Are you asking how payment of heat is handled or something else?
Yes my building control the heat is very cool
I am in condo and building controls the heat. As someone who prefers to be roasty toasty all year round, works out great for me!! 🔥
