I have 2 offers 1. Start up 60 LPA EM role, 40K ESPOS , 2 . Well known public listed company 51 lpa ( Lead Role) 90K RSUs . I said yes to second after some negotiation. HR was not willing to pay more than this even though it is just 20% hike from my current salary. But I accepted the offer as i wanted it badly. Now I got offer from start up as well (1) , can i still ask her to consider the 2nd offer and pay me accordingly? Or it will lead to offer cancelation:(

After 2-3 months I finally got a project in AWS IoT Domain.
So I am currently working in AWS serverless project where I made some AWS Architectures and implemented the entire flow using Python. I have also done AWS Developer Associate Certification.

Currently work in the fund of funds space - moving over to my firm’s hedge fund research team soon so CAIA seemed like a perfect way to get knowledge in the area beforehand. I was a top performer in RA and then I was referred to RP by my manager based on my performance.

Now I've had a manager change in last month.
He doesn't know much, and hasn't taken my feedback from previous managers.

I've less than 1 month remaining in my contract... I am really worried, he keeps delaying it.
