I’m in investment banking coverage group. In New York City, can you be a part-time real estate agent if you are in investment banking front office( coverage group)? 7 years of experience & still an Analyst. Performance is not the issue. I'm always told my work is "impressive" and "really good", but somehow, I'm still an Analyst. I have 7 years experience including top tier banking and Big4, but it doesn't seem to be enough. I have a strong academic record and speak 3 languages.
