Looking to lateral into a fully remote ECVC role to have more flexibility to move closer to family and to hopefully have a better work life balance. However, I was told by my recruiter that Cooley, Gunderson, and Goodwin said they’re not offering remote roles in ECVC at this time. For some context, I’m class of 2019 coming from a V10 with M&A and CapM experience. Anyone hearing or seeing similar things? Curious if fully remote is no longer offered as much or if the ECVC market has slowed.

In non covid times does Mck hire experienced hire BAs specifically for McKinsey Digital? Asking because I’m particularly interested in digital/tech work at MBB and I know you have to take a downgrade in position if lateraling but would rather try before spending 200K at MBA?

Hi All, I need your feedback. I’m new & wanted to test crypto. Invested with a trader and he got me to transfer 500€ worth of bitcoins to start. Within 2 weeks I have over 3k USD in my account. He’s been luring me to invest more and my friends scared me and asked me to stop. I asked to stop the trade. I can’t draw out because they are asking to pay a commission of 20% as in the contract on total incl my investment upfront but not with the money gained to release the total in the account. Scam?

It seems that every time I've switched projects, people have explained things to me like I'm a new analyst (I'm not and have more YOE and have been at my company longer than most people I've worked with recently) but I have significant experience in specific tools and for some even certifications. Since I'm new to my current team, I worry jumping in saying I know something already might appear rude/not like a team player
