I’ve always wanted to “retire” by 40, but curious to see what others have planned once they reach their $$$ goal.

Can you negotiate your time in the company? What I mean is say 401k vesting / matching happens in two year or vacation increases a week for someone with 3 years can I be credited with a year served in the system so that I can vest faster.
