For those of you teaching virtually, how is your home office organized? What are some of your must haves?

I am sure it’s been asked 100 times but humor me please. Best office chair to add to the good I’m doing with a stand up desk? Lol.

Would love to stay in a reasonable range if possible (800 max)

People who have an uplift standing desk please weigh it - worth it? My cart stands at $800 for a 72” one to fit my 3 monitors. $800 is a little more than I wanted to invest.

H1B is currently approved with LCA only listing my home office location and home address. If I start a new project where client is based in a different city but we’re all working from home anyway, do I still need amendment on h1b before I begin that project?

Random question: I have a standing desk and frequently utilize it during the day. I feel more focused when I’m standing vs sitting. Would it be unusual for me to do the admissions interviews/video essays also standing up? It wouldn’t be overly obvious but they would likely be able to tell I wasn’t seated in a chair. Thanks

I will be starting a remote fellowship with Deloitte GPS later this month as part of the SkillBridge program. I need to help. My partner and I have been quarantining together. While I have a normal consulting job, my partner is a semi-retired ex-CEO. I feel like working with accountants is a major buzz kill even though I’m a tax manager. I’m a really up beat and outgoing person outside of work. Need help folks,we just refinanced our home and the new servicer is some unknown and recently started company (in 2017). We had our loan with big bank and were happy with it but refinanced due to low rates. I am not sure about this new lender as BBB rating is A and have read some horrible reviews online. What are my options? Can I push to change the servicer now? Can I reach out the previous bank to finance it again (rates may differ by now)?
