For those of you that find staying mentally/phisically healthy easy/doable (it’s a real pain for me), do you have professional help (coaches, psychologists, etc) or are you able to motivate yourself?

No. But I’m very self motivated. I’m healthy but not physically fit in the way that you traditionally describe it, meaning I’m not skinny but I’m stronger than most. A big part of it is always being grateful for what I have. Exercise helps. Having a good solid network of friends helps. And having a supportive spouse helps. I’ve realized that no one thing or one person can solve it all for you, and you need a support system that is greater than one person or one thing. You need friends to keep you mentally and emotionally strong. You need exercise to stay mentally strong. Meditation to stay emotionally strong. You need work to keep that intelligent mind busy. You need fun things to stop craving excitement. You need a trusted partner for life. But you need all of these components, the village, so to speak to make it all work. Best of luck OP. I’m not intrinsically self-motivated to maintain my fitness, but I find that I draw energy from others, therefore I’m motivated or inspired by people around me. This leads me to surrounding myself with friends who are ambitious with their fitness goals which somehow rubs off onto me.

Overtime Im finding myself to be more self-motivated as I enjoy the reward of being fit, but I certainly struggled with the motivation when I started at it alone.

For those who have done therapy or are in therapy, how long have or were you in therapy for? I started therapy around a year back thinking that a year would be sufficient. 12 months later, I feel that I am only halfway where I'd like to be. I am aware that therapy can take years. Just shocked/surprised by the time I have taken.

Tips for dealing with the fatigue of a long commute (1hr 45mins each way)? I have trouble focusing, being excited, and/or having energy for anything after work or in the mornings.

Does anyone have experience using a mosaic embryo? My initial understanding was that these are second choice to euploid embryos and have a lower chance of success. I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?
