For those of you that were hired on to the big four not as right out of college / entry level folks , but seniors and above. How long did it take you to get up to speed and feel comfortable with the job ? I am going on three months in and I’d say I enjoy the work but I’m uncomfortable.

I work at a large, global software company, and am looking to make a move to a more collaborative environment with better culture. I’ve been offered a more senior position at a smaller North American company in the crypto space where I know I will learn a lot, but I’m worried it might hurt my overall career trajectory. Eventually I plan on moving internationally. When it comes to searching for a new position, does company size/reputation matter more than the experience you have at the company?
