I’m lost with EY Canvas 😳
Take that PwC, because we said so!

Deloitte. They have better technology and the firm seems like it's at a more mature stage.
KPMG has tons of issues with its technology and seems to be figuring most things out still. It's like they work harder but definitely not smarter 🤣
I feel like this more is more top down in terms of voice at the firm. Also why is timesheet due on a Friday? Most backwards thing ever. The weeks should start on Sundays and not Saturdays...
Recruiting and group activities seem out of touch with the rest of the firm. (Possibly because we are KPMG and usually the last pick for Big 4 talent)
Deloitte felt like even staff had an important voice in possible activities regarding culture and recruiting.
PwC. Was at EY previously. Tech, firm processes/procedures, and overall benefits here are way better and I lucked out with an awesome team. Getting paid more as well.
Well, if you were only at EY before and never worked at Deloitte, anything is better.. so that makes PwC great, imo.
Deloitte -technology, people are much better than most.
Respectful, responsible, actually do the work and give a good workproduct.
With ey, there were a handful of good people the rest were not good, gave very poor workproduct and had no repocutions. It was terrible.
KPMG. Worked at 3 Bigs
For me, the team, it was awesome, was recognized for my work. Plus never worked 50+ hour week "during the busy season". Plus they used teams+outlook>>>>Hangout+gmail (LMAO) and more..
