I am a Principal Solutions Architect with 13 YOE of which 5 years exp is with Biotech focusing on Public Cloud (AWS) & overall AWS exp. 9 years. I need suggestions /opinions if applying for a Senior Solutions Architect (Level6) at AWS makes sense or if I should aim for a Principal SA (level 7) role at AWS with Healthcare & Lifesciences industry experience. If it makes any difference, I worked for AWS ProServe as an external SA in the past. Any insights / feedback appreciated.

Wanted to share smth I found recently. I felt like it was pretty darn accurate. I’ll provide the link here but there’s a screenshot I took that I feel I can relate to quite heavily. https://pairedlife.com/love/infatuations
I’ve struggled with so many heavy infatuations before and a friend recommended this. Hope it helps anyone else out there who’s gone through this or may be going through this right now.

I pay 80/session out of pocket, expensive for me but probably one of the things that’s kept me sane since starting.
Even if they’re not covered (“out of network”), you still get 70% reimbursed after deductible
Also keep in mind you can pay with an HSA or FSA (pre-tax dollars)
Out of pocket with copay. Very few therapists are covered. Finding one with weekend availability on top of that is impossible.
Agree with Associate 1, it was impossible to find someone I clicked with who’d do Saturday’s that my insurance covered. I pay out of pocket with a sliding scale rate.
I’m on a longer term project and ended up finding a therapist in the client location that accepted my insurance. Thankfully she even has a few evening appointments!
I guess I'm lucky. My insurance covers 100% for as long as I need it. I see therapist on weekends only a few miles from home.
Awesome feedback, thanks all. What is a reasonable rate to pay? I am very new to this idea. Thanks!
How does sliding scale work?
I was really lucky and found a fantastic therapist who is in network for BC/BS PPO. $25 copay each visit.
