For those that had Covid, how long did you wait till you went back to the gym or some form of working out?

Back to running/cycling about 2 weeks after leaving isolation, so 4 weeks after testing positive.

Didn’t get back to “normal” performance for 6 weeks after that.

Some people I know took 18 months plus to get back to 75% of where they are and some still aren’t even there. All who are like this caught it pre vaccinations etc so got the full blast. I don’t know anyone vaccinated who has ended up that way, out of a running club with 1000 members

I had it early 2020. Got the pneumonia bit of it so was out of commission for a couple weeks but hit the gym the first day I felt better (2 weeks)

10 days after a mild post vax/boosted positive

First time I had it I was hospitalized for 4 days (no pre-existing conditions, good general health and exercised 5 days a week). Didn’t go back to the gym for like a month. Second time I got it I was asymptomatic and went back to the gym after I tested negative again after waiting 2 full weeks after positive tests

For when I was hospitalized, it was late December 2019 before they had covid tests. I’m still not 100% sure it was covid but they said I had some weird pnuemonic issue in my lungs and couldn’t figure out wtf was wrong with me so they literally threw the kitchen sink of treatments at me giving me almost any pneumonia treatment they could think of. (Tons of meds and respiration treatments). Was the most sick I’ve ever been, felt like literal death for four straight days and was on like 5 meds for 2 weeks after I was released

Thoughts on asking employer if I can WFH during my 2nd and 3rd trimester? My doc said he could write a note to employer noting that it's my request, but I don't want my employer to frown at this.

For context, I no longer work for Deloitte and haven't informed employer that I'm pregnant yet as I'm still in 1st trimester. I have no real medical reason to WFH other than personal preference and added comfortability. Am I being lame or unreasonable?

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.

I am a current senior graduating this coming May, and due to a number of different factors I am graduating a year early. I also am quite young for my grade normally, so with both of these in mind, I will be graduating at a comparably young age to the rest of my class (20). I don't say any of this to boast, just to ask for advice on job applications. It seems everywhere I apply to requires "x" YOE which I simply don't have bc of this accelerated rate, anyone have any tips/similar experiences?
