For those trying to leave, how do you sneak interviews in?

Hello Fishes, I received a call for interview from Deloitte. However I don't have all the skills/exposure mentioned in JD. Has anyone cleared an interview with similar scenario in big 4?

Hi Folks, Just want to share the worst hiring experience i faced while interviewing for Test Lead position for infosys. I cleared all the rounds, post that shared the documents for BGC. Before the process initiation i pre informed them about my cctc, ectc and offer amount inhand. Inspite of all that after waiting for 15days i got a cl from h.r team, they literally got nerve to offer me the amount which is 1.5L less than my cctc. Extreme wastage of bandwidth of the interviewee, Beware

I interviewed with an ECD mid-last week and immediately after got some bad news that completely derailed the rest of my week. Because of that, I never even thought about sending a thank you email, but I’m now realizing that probably looks bad. Any tips on how to deal with this?

I’m currently on maternity leave and had planned to use the leave to apply for jobs and move out. While I detest going back to work, I’m just not able to focus and get my resume together and apply for jobs. I’m also scared to interview. My brain feels fogged up. I can’t remember so many things that I’ve done and feel like I’m unable to articulate the way I used to. Any tips for this momma?

Is it only me or someone else has also faced a problem while being interviewed by female interviewer.I have faced similar kind of problems in multiple interviews like not even giving a chance to think about code solution and immediately shooting next question,interrupting in the middle while giving an explanation, trying to cover list of questions within short time, some even laughed while I was answering. It kind of feels low and demotivated after going through such evaluation.

Will wipro stick to their commitment on expected CTC which was called out before 1st round of interview? I remember saying 24 fixed pay expected, however not sure if the recruiter heard it as 24 CTC. I am considering applying to Accenture Strategy with 2.5 YOE as a Consultant. What position should I apply for and what salary range is expected? I expect to be promoted to SC next year if I stay, so I would like to jump to the next level at Accenture, but it looks like Accenture goes from C -> M, with no level in between? Should I try my luck at applying for M? My target salary is at least $145K.
