Hi,

Today I gave interview at TCS and got the selection mail also. They are asking me to login and complete the application form. But mistakenly I have clicked on Reject details option and now I'm not able to login to my profile. Has someone faced same issue? Can I ask the HR to create a new profile for me??

Thanks in advance.

So I was hoping I could get some advice! I went through the interview process with a fintech company. At the end of all interviews the recruiter told me the manager was attempting to open a more junior role to better fit my experience but they weren’t sure “if or when she would get the approval”. The recruiter even asked if I was in the interview process with any other companies. This was 3 weeks ago, I followed up once, do I keep following up with the recruiter or do I drop it and move on??

Just had an interview with the CEO of this brand (it was my 4th interview for this role). For some reason, I got really nervous and I think it got the best of me. I felt like I rambled and sounded really stupid a few times because I couldn't find my words... I don't usually get this nervous so IDK why that happened. Do I address any of that in the follow-up email or would that just make it worse? Any thoughts on how to help address it or make it better via a follow up email?

Hello everyone! I am looking for some advice. I was recently contacted for a Recruitment Operations Manager role for a startup company and their budget for this role is $90-130k based in SF. I have a little over a year of experience as a technical recruiter based in Southern CA who has experience recruiting and managing the process for another startup company. I’m open to moving towards more of a PM/operations role so this would be a great fit. What is your salary & YOE? What should I ask for?
