This was my first attempt H1B and got approved. I did my MS and plan to go back home after few years.
Is it worth doing MBA ? Many people told me that since you are already in big4 you dont need one.
My target is to get in MBB down the line.

My PR/GC application has been approved after 2 years of processing. I didn't have any interview and just got the approval notice end of July and PR IDs last weekend. Won't have to worry about immigration for the next 5yrs or so until we start working on naturalization... Hope others in same boat will get theirs soon as well.🙏

Can someone please explain to me how the L1 visa works? I am on h1b currently. Can I technically move to canada, become a manager and come back to the usa on L1? I heard it is a faster line in terms of gc processing.

I have my I-140 approved through Deloitte with PD of 2017. If I change my job, do I need to repeat the perm process for H1b extension?? I know, I can use Deloitte’s
I-140 for changing the employer, but what about subsequent h1b extensions once I’m on payroll with the new employer? Tl;dr can I use my previous employer’s I-140 to keep filing h1b extension?

I have a package of 35LPA, i get in hand around 1.7L per month. Now, I have been offered onsite in Sweden and they are offering 60000SEK. I am not sure, how much to ask. I feel that amount is less and end up less that what I save. My wife also works we both save 2L per month. If I go onsite I have to save more that 2.5L, only then it will be justified.
