Looking for advise / opinion on two offers I have in hand: 1. CIO of a regional bank; base comp is 40% less than current, but there’s significant upside in stock, will need to move from NYC to a tier 3 city with very low cost of living 2. Head of banking portfolio at an established old school fin services company - 50% higher base comp than current, no need to move, but significant travel; limited (insignificant) stock options. Other factors: 35, kid yet to start school, recently bought a home
