I left Education and started on my software company's small Automation team October 2019. Our immediate supervisor/head of QA left Thanksgiving. Now my only other team member put in his notice. My company doesn't have QA pay levels and my title is inaccurate (JR QA Analyst). I got an offer 11LPA from one of the WITCH company and I told same to my manager and my manager told me that they will provide a hike and I would get between 8LPA-10LPA in TCS and told me to reject that offer and I did the same. now it is 3rd month no update from him I am asking him on every 15 days interval but he is saying that there is an organizational restructure happening because of that it is getting delayed.
Is he lying?
