For those who pivoted from a non-traditional path into PE, how did you do it? Any tips you could share?

What are some jobs to look at if I want to get out of HCM implementation consulting? Preferably not system admin or config related. As a note I’m a senior and been at this gig for ~6 years.

I have been researching coaching programs and really want to do it but can’t decide if I should go with a 3k program or a typical 10k program that are recommended by man like Ipec or co active. The 3k is also nice in that it’s a 4 day intensive / full days to get you the hours for ICF ACC certification. It’s with the academy of creative coaching- I haven’t heard a ton about them but the only one I can find to get your all the requirements for under $4k. Any thoughts on those options? Or Academy?

I am pursuing a career in international arbitration and commercial litigation and of course having a hard time finding any applicable entry level positions. I would be grateful for any advice or insight. Thank you.

Has anyone’s company bought out by a private equity firm before? My company is in the process of being sold to a private equity firm and I’m not getting all the answers on what’s going to take place after the sell or what they’re expecting of us during the sell?
