Hello! I am looking for two new Texas teachers (0-5 years) who would be interested in participating in a study I am doing as a Doctoral Candidate at Baylor. The study looks to understand the experiences women working in the field of education have had that triggered shame and explore their resilience. If you are interested, click the link below to get started: bit.ly/ShameResilienceStudy If you have any questions feel free to email me at stephanie_asselin1@baylor.edu. Best, Stephanie Asselin

My practice is 70% defense litigation that is not insurance defense. The very few times clients have an issue with the bill, my boss shows them the pre-bill and the cuts he made for them. That usually satisfies them
I know this wasn’t exactly your question but…. As a client, I don’t appeal the billing. I just change the bill/don’t pay if it’s something administrative or excessive or clearly double billed. It’s on the client to appeal to me if they don’t like the adjustment. Most of the time the adjustments are things the partner should have caught and written off. I do know which associates bill for asinine things and not so secretly hold a grudge against them for it
No, like 5 different .1’s that all clearly happened at once and could have been billed as one logical activity of reviewing docket activity ( parenthetical to list all filings reviewed)
