I’m curious how agencies structure data/analytics teams. Does your agency have a dedicated team for data & analytics? Does that team fall under digital, dev, or another umbrella? I’m in a new place and working closely with the analysis team, enjoying the collaboration quite a bit but wondering if it’s common.

Are the recent economic troubles translating to slower hiring or lower salaries in life sciences industry? I want to transition to industry this year but am worried it may not be the best time to.

Recently promoted to L5 in Strategy & Ops at Google. Feels like a good time to take stock of my career. I don't think I want to pursue a longer career in StratOps, but would like to stay in Google for the foreseeable future. I like the sound of PM roles (but aware it can be hard to transition / secure a role with limited PM experience). Any advice / opinions / warnings from ex StratOps folks OR folks who work with ex StratOps folks in new roles, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Given that people seem to be fleeing NYC, possibly long term, do you all think that this will create a substantial shift in the status quo of the legal profession? Do you think all these violent and hate filled attacks are because people aren't getting the emotional/mental support they need, whether it's therapy at any age or help they needed but didn't get from a social worker as a child? My coworker is sure this is the case, but I honestly think there's actually something deeper wrong either with how these people are being raised as children, or how the warning signs these people give off are ignored or swept under the rug to save face.
