Personally speaking about 15 times a day. But I’m including small triggers like loud noises. For the larger flashback or dissociation types maybe only 1-3 a day.
How long has it been like that for you? Has it improved at all? It’s been over a year and it happens 10x a day (smaller ones that cause rumination), the worse ones where I need to take time away are still a few times a week
Over the course of 10 years it’s gotten better. But short term? No it hasn’t improved much personally. I am at the point where if I can’t take a few for myself I no longer need to take time away but that too years. I hope that’s not discouraging to you.
