For those with RSUs do you let them ride or sell them and diversify into mutual funds right away? First job with RSUs ever and it’s 25% of my comp, but working at a company that’s already done multiples post pandemic (think square)

Got offer in IBM - Band 8 for SAP Technical manager role.

Offered pay is 28 lakhs fixed after all negotiations in PDM round.
It is 30% hike from my current salary.

Please let me know whether this salary is fair as per band 8 in IBM ? And how about the yearly hikes in IBM as hearing that there will not be no hikes in IBM.
