7th year here. I take two major (often international trips) that are about a week long (usually in April and October), virtually every Friday before any 3 day holiday weekend off, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and usually the whole week between Christmas and New Years. Between those and the odd long weekend here and there for beach trips and more local travel, I think I end up taking off about 30 days. I find that I can manage the daily grind better and do better work when I actually make an effort to unplug.
Aren’t they all unlimited?
I take off a lot of vacation - two 3 week trips a year plus shorter trips throughout. Others don’t take any vacation 🤷🏼♀️
I just recently lateraled to a firm with this policy. It is utter crap, but I am promising myself I'll take at least 15 days every year.
Senior partners take off 6 weeks to 2 months all the time (not all at once but over the span of the year). Most associates take between 1-2 weeks over the span of the year.

We switched from 4 weeks to unlimited so ive just decided unlimited means 4 weeks and continue to take my 20 days to the day haha. But i also bill 2300+ so no one is complaining.

I take about 5 days a year but my more senior colleagues (counsel and partners) seem to take 3 weeks minimum. I would love to take more, but I can never make it work with my case schedules and assignments
I usually take two week long trips and a bunch of weekend trips. Works out to around 15 business days off
In three years I planned to take two long weekends (taking Friday off and not working the weekend) and both were interrupted by work, so 0.
Probably about 4 weeks total (either a long vacation or several shorter vacations once a quarter) but in reality I usually prioritize 2 weeks as completely offline. I'll end up working a little bit (like 5-6 hours over the whole week) the other 2. But I'm in patent prosecution so it's a little easier to do this because my deadlines are mostly laid out and there's way fewer fire drills.
Probably 4 -5 weeks total. One 1-2 week trip and a few shorter trips and a mix of personal days. I’ve done it this was since I was an associate.
