I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. How long does EY typically take to get back to external FDD recruits? They reached out to me a few weeks ago and I agreed to interview. Had my interviews 3 days ago and haven’t heard from anyone. My company did an analysis of the diversity of our outside counsel based on hours billed and spend. Women billed more than half the hours but were far less than half the spend 😒
