Beating earnings does not equal stock price goes up. Look at MSFT and TSLA last week. Its all about the outlook.

Just curious OP. Let’s table STA’s factual data points. Let’s say you know something OP... what date and price ford calls are you buying?

You’re welcome everyone. F to hit $8 tomorrow

You're welcome

Good call OP

I need to sell some Ford calls this week.

Please do

Correct, nothing is a sure thing. But I’m an auto expert making a call based on what I see in the market. $7 calls August or sept

What makes you say they’ll beat earnings?

Idk about this one

GM beat expectations and got hammered. They need to have a good story to tell.

They’ll be up soon

They beat earnings but aren’t mooning?

This didn’t work lol

^ exactly. How are your options doing OP?

Well if you have Aug/Sept you still have time. So it may work out, who knows. But last time it was $8 was February. I'm just hoping not many people jumped on this trade.

Hate conference calls that drag on for hours.

Yeah you're right. It cuts after two lines instead of expanding.

Maybe we should implement something like automatic posts refresh? I got a notification about "someone like mypost" but it isn't displaying at the post title...

Part of the crowd. The briefcase doesn't show in post details though.

Anyone know any good resources for learning to recruit out of consulting? So much info online about getting into consulting, not much about finding the best exit ops

Crying baby on a Monday 6am flight. It's like the parents hate all business travelers.

How likely is it to get promoted at Accenture when you first review ever was an above? Also what were the average salary and bonus increase?

What does everyone want to do after consulting? Role/company to make it interesting, not "industry".

I have been staffed on a project for the past two weeks and I still haven't received my client laptop. What can I do to stay busy? I've shadowed people to the point where it's no longer helpful.

Anyone use an Amazon kindle or tablet for travel? Considering getting last second on Prime Day. Recommendations?

Has anyone been offered a position up while moving jobs in the big 4. Say 2-3 SA --> Manager ?

Does anyone know of people who went from consulting at a big 4 to product or project manager role at a tech giant like google or fb? Is it pretty common to make that career move?
