I make poor decisions

The shit that passes as “actionable consumer insights” in ad agencies is the reason for sub mediocre state of the industry. Wheres the excellence in advertising?

Someone I know thinks they’re undervalued because she is a woman. Not because of her lack of experience or shitty quality of work.

No matter how much good feedback I get and how well received my work is by clients, I constantly assume I’m about to be called in to the CEO’s office and fired.

I lost a good friend because of a politics conversation. The weird part is that I agree with her on almost everything. I’m not really sure what I said but something really hit her the wrong way and she has completely ghosted me on everything. It’s been almost two months and I stay up thinking about it every night. She won’t answer on anything and I feel so heartbroken. I just want my friend back.
