i'm leaving soon and have been looking for a year - only considering "industry" because it's all same shit different name in the big 4!!!

Same and I've been here less than a year 😂 I like my firm and expect others would be worse, but I want more technical skills before I go into management. Also, the fact that my salary isn't going up anytime soon is not alluring

Leadership asked me to move to a corporate apartment since the project is long term. Hate the apartment, terribly maintained and no restaurants nearby. There are C/SCs who live there and hate it too..

Received a job offer for an industry senior job that would be a $20K pay bump plus nice bonus and really good benefits (a lot better then my current benefits) and much better work/life balance. However, I was pretty much guaranteed to be early promoted to manager this year (in August). I don’t really see myself staying until partner so I’m trying to weigh out the pros and cons to help me make a decision.
