Fortunate enough to have 2 offers on the table 1) In-office Finance Director for 110k 2) Remote Rev Manager for 120k. Remote position also offers more benefits (pto, holidays & sick days). Remote position seems like the better comp package but like the responsibilities more for option 1. Should I try and negotiate with 1 by showing the offering from option 2? Or is remote option the better route?

HR professionals- are you requiring a negative test before any employees return to work after COVID? Some had very mild symptoms and one was asymptomatic. I’ve read not to push for a Dr.’s note and some people can still be positive yet not contagious. Right now I’m following the cdc guidelines of 10 days from first symptom, fever free for 24 hrs and improvement of symptoms.
