Most histories this period often adopt a Euro-centric lens but this book flips it and tells the stories of these turbulent times from the vantage point of the pioneering Asian leaders like Tagore, Al Afghani, Kang Youwei etc. Lovers of Asian history would surely appreciate this book

I’m in a rather peculiar situation. I have been in the HR field going on 4 years, I have over 11 years of management experience, I got my PHR last year and I recently graduated with my MBA with a concentration in HR this month. A good strategy I have is to see what type of client I am talking to and make dinner in the house for that person. I mean, if it is a couple I prepare a romantic dinner for two, and I tell them to come well-dressed and let them enjoy the dinner in the house. If it is a family, I prepare a family dinner and prepare the family table for all the people who would live in the house.
