Found out about a book “Pappyland: A Story of Family, Fine Bourbon, and the Things That Last” that just came out today. It’s about Julian Van Winkle III and how he’s working to preserve the family legacy. I’m definitely picking this one up.

About to receive an offer from a company similar to my current but w/a Senior title. The compensation is only slightly better but I like the product better and could use a fresh start. I was recruited for the role, as I was planning on waiting til after I moved to a new state to start a job search.

I think I can do better than the new company, but won't have time to start a legit job search for a couple months. Will it hurt me to jump ship, start a new job but then start applying elsewhere?
