Hi All! I am all set to join Infosys from 10th October as a Senior Consultant and they have given us an option of in person or virtual onboarding. With Wipro and TCS incorporating a hybrid model, is there any news that Infosys may also do the same?
My HR had given an option of permanent wfh during recruitment, can anyone currently working at Infosys shed some light on this please!! Infosys

Congratulations on pregnancy and potential job! As I share often with those around me, please always focus on you first, your family and friends, then work then extra work things. You come first and when you focus on you and of course ask your manager, HR, benefits for help we will all step up and take care of you. Get to your new job and paperwork will sort out naturally. Sending you awesomeness vibes!
Thank you so much for the positive message!
Most companies/firms have maternity leave as a separate benefit from FMLA. FMLA is a statutory requirement, so companies/firms don't usually market FMLA. My experience has been that these are treated separately by the employer. However, if you were to suffer some complications that require additional time, then you're at the mercy of your employer as FMLA won't be available.
Okay thank you for the information!
FMLA is only a piece of the puzzle. You will have protections under the ADA.
Thank you!
