My boss would jump on a call with clients and promise deadlines that have not been discussed with the rest of the team, and would assign me to lead the work internally. I don't agree with her at times because of this, but at the same time everyone else on the team blames me for "agreeing" to deliver things without talking to them, and being stuck in the middle is driving me nuts.
