Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Yes it’s worth it. I applied to my firm but didn’t get an interview, then re-applied a year later and got the job. Same other details as well.
Why would law school grades matter as a lateral? I say go for it
They shouldn’t but do at certain firms.
I applied 8 years out and got rejected by firms bc of grades.
Yeah lit is a lot tougher than corp. good to see you ended up with an impressive outcome

Definitely re-apply. We just hired someone that apparently didn’t make it past recruiting’s review a couple of years ago.
