I am currently working with one of the Big 3 Credit Rating organization's. I have total 4.11 YOE. My current role is related to Quality Assurance, Risk Assessment and Mitigation related to Credit Ratings.
I have received a job offer from Randstad India for Risk Management profile (CTC 11.5) and Oak North for Credit Risk Regulatory profile (CTC 10.68).

I’m trying to get into Fintech sales, looking for a senior AE role. I don’t have Saas exp or tech but I have 12 yrs of banking mgmt exp involving sales and business development. Havent had any luck yet, what role should I look into w/o tech exp? What fintech companies hire AEs w/o tech exp.?
