Currently from mainland Europe. Offer from capco at senior, also offer from big 4 as a manager. Both within data n analytics - and in London. I’m interested in strategy (want to branch out into digital strategy in the future) based work and haven’t heard the best things about capco. Can u guys pls give some opinions. Salaries quite similar. Im 35 and the next move needs to be the right one.

Currently accepted an internship at a firm for the winter and also just accepted a separate internship over the summer with a B4 firm. Should I inform the other firm that I already accepted a later internship with a B4 firm or keep it to myself until the internship is over? They are totally different positions and I wanted to have some experience with both but worry they will take it wrong.

I Received a first offer from Deloitte 2 weeks ago that I countered and they accepted to raise it.
The recruiter in charge of my case was on holidays and he came back to work last week.
Sent him two emails asking when I should expect the new set of documents, but no reply until today.
Is this normal? Does a new offer necessarily have to go through the same steps as the first one ? Because I waited 10 days between the verbal offer and the written one for the first time.
