Anyone know the range for VP investment banking? I was offered 250k base, they didn’t disclose bonus range but I’d assume it’s 100-120%. This seems a bit low considering they raised banking salary last year. Anyone have any insight? I have 7 years of experience in IB, 3 in regional bank, 4 as associate at JPM.

Hi UK Fish, going into a promotion (from C to SC) and raise discussion tomorrow at a boutique consulting firm. Currently at 62.5k. Bonus was up to 10% but all I got was a measly 2%, slow pipeline maybe but I wasn't told why (will raise tomorrow). A recent acquisition has resulted in losing our annual xmas week off and a learning budget of 1k. I know for a fact that last year they were looking to hire SCs at 70k. Is a base raise to 75k a fair ask?

Hello fishes I'm currently working with Capgemini at C1 level. I have an offer from TCS of 20L(with variable) and I have asked for permanent onshore to CG for retention. CG is trying to get me in the onsite project and now they have offered me 18.5L(with variable) and 1.5L retention bonus with C2 promotion. Can you please tell your thoughts on this? Hello fishes, i got an offer from Germany where the pay is 59k . They are helping me out with the initial setup including finding home, stay for 2 months visa and tickets. Also, there are 4 bonuses each quarter with min of 25% as bonus. My total years of experience is 8 years and I am an sap technical consultant. Let me know if this is a good pay. Anything i need to negotiate?

I feel like I'm underpaid but not totally sure. I have ~3.5YoE came from consulting (Accenture) to an Solutions Engr role two months ago. I used to make $108k and now I make $145k. I really wanted to join a company that was preIPO but unfortunately my new company has already been exited few months back so no equity or stock. I did get a small signing bonus though.
