I have an offer for a Senior Consultant role from PwC India. Need to know how are yearly hikes, bonuses etc.

On job descriptions are the years of experienced required section usually accurate or recruiters trying to get overqualified candidates? Let’s say I want to apply for a position that requires 4 but I have 3.

Platforms to manage development work done via notebooks with features like sharing rights, credential managements, cloud integrations etc? Or a gap in the market that could be addressed.

SaaS Sales Salaries:

Microsoft Canada : Base $120K-160K; OTE $250K+
Google Cloud: Base $130K; OTE $325k+ and RSU $300k over 4 yrs (33%:33%:22%:12%).
Non - FAANG (Non-SaaS??) Base $130K; OTE $260K
VMWare: Base $150K; OTE $300K+

Commissions are 2% appx. (Uncapped).

Seems these numbers are for 8+ YoE. Please contribute to these numbers to correct/ append or add other companies.

Just curious, do you all still experience scenarios where people who first meet you presume that you are more junior career-wise than you actually are? I was pretty young when I got admitted to the bar and over the years strangers in different professional settings have assumed that I must be a PA, translator or paralegal. New colleagues have assumed I was their junior until we started working together. I guess this doesn’t matter that much but a bit frustrating given I work like crazy.

Did anyone “forget” to set boundaries early on and later tried to? I was gunning for star associate 3 years ago and now need people to stop taking advantage/I just care less. Can I somehow make boundaries clear at THIS point or too late?

Hi super mamas! I desperately need advice on toddler sleep training! Our daughter was sleep trained when at 7 months and she’s been the best sleeper ever. Now she’s 2.5 YO and starting to not want to sleep until I stays in her room until she falls asleep and she also wakes up 1-2 times at night crying asks for mama and walks out of the bed until I come in and put her down- by sitting next to her bed. If I don’t go in, she would sit on the floor outside of her bed for hours without sleeping!

When I am in the interview, the salary part arrives. She asked me how much i earned at my current job and I innocently told her. I work in healthcare administration but was a medic for years. You learn so much about innovation but seems like most health systems just want people to fall in line and just do what's always been done. I would take a pay cut to work for a system that's actually trying to do something disruptive in the Industry as opposed to just using buzz words in ppt.
