I got a receipt notice for my H1B transfer under PP and then got an RFE. The law firm is prepping the response but the new company is anxious for me to join. Is it advisable to join under just receipt notice? I also have a GC application pending with my current firm (i485 submitted in Oct 2020 so it’s 180 days and portable now). If I get a transfer denial and have to take an LOA, will it affect my GC?
